Laricelle's Approach to Mediation and Personal Philosophy
I believe mediation should be a collaborative process where problems are resolved together without the adversarial nature of litigation. My approach focuses on facilitating open communication, understanding each party’s perspective, and guiding them toward a mutually beneficial agreement.
I conduct most mediation sessions online, providing flexibility and convenience for my clients. However, I am also available for in-person sessions if needed.
I believe that there are solutions to every problem and that litigation is not the only way to resolve conflicts. My motivation as a mediator comes from helping clients find those solutions and achieving consensus without the stress and expense of going to court.
